- At least one medium high-rise block which will overlook the Balreask Manor houses and backyards.

High Density Housing
The Balreask Manor neighbours are particularly concerned about this point. The major issues are:

I should have added that the housing density contravenes the LAP3 which called for the highest density in the "town centre". This is a good and solid objection.
However, remember that the LAP3 itself was written in part by the developers and there are all sorts of escape clauses in it.
